    This was back in January. It's not as noticeable, but crow hop is a little more pronounced now because she is more explosive coming off the mound.

    Her arm motion is pretty good. She has no backswing and comes straight from the hip. When she gets tired she will start slowing down and sometimes hitch. She's only 8 so she usually only goes 2 complete innings.

    OK. Will do! We threw yesterday, and we were just throwing underhanded. She was so natural and loose. When she started "pitching," she went to the more stiff and trying to muscle the ball.

    I'm not following Softballs. She is pushing off with her right foot and striding with her left (she is right handed). When her left foot plants her right foot is still touching the plate. She plants and then drags versus dragging during her downswing?

    Bungee cord for pitching

    Any of you purchased a bungee cord and belt to work on leg drive? I've been looking online and they are quite pricey. Anything I can get at Walmart etc.? What did you use? Thanks.
