Pitching coaches taking too much credit or Athletes commitments ?

Flip change with back spin problems ?
My DD 10 throws flip change and finally getting good control and location. Her fast is in mid 40s and change is low 30s. So speed differential is very good. Her flip change has lot of back spin ( axis pointing dugout to dugout). quite often I see ball really moves like drop curve away from right...- eastcoast

10U pitcher not gaining speed
My DD had impressive speed at 8 years 40+ and at 9 she was throwing 44+. We took her to a reputable PC year ago to correct her mechanics year ago. She is coached to throw hello elbow style.
