blue complain about pitchers routine
We have a pitcher who has a routine. Once she receives the ball from the catcher, she does 3 to 5 quick glove snaps. taps her knee with the ball. Not pitching from the rubber
Saw this yesterday in a 12u usssa tourney. Girl would line up right of the rubber and pitch. Never once did she touch the rubber. Pitched the entire game like that. Is this a legal pitch?- Mclewson

First time in the circle in a year
DD played for a coach last year that told her 10 minutes before her first tourney that she would never pitch for him. DD refused to leave and let her team down.
