Question about playing on two TB teams.
So my DD is playing TB for a 14u team. The HC or the 16u team ( from the same organization) wants her to pitch 16u when 14u are not playing that weekend. He added her to both rosters. TB players skipping tryouts.. AM I out of line in my thinking.
So this is DD third yr. in TB. and first yr. at the U12 level. Our TB organization has U10, U12, U14 etc. teams. Not throwing as hard in game as in practice.

Is this bad sportsmanship on my part?
My DD started pitching rec ball last yr. But, to be honest neither one of us knew what we where doing as far a proper pitching technique.
