    What if there is a force play at second or third. Ball hit to 4 or 5 and BR stops and backs-up. I've taught dd to just stop, stay still and let player come to her. Have heard other coaches say it's ok to back-up. Wondering what the rule is for all associations but mainly play FED, ASA, USSSA.

    Leaning Into Plate

    She's 13 yoa. I don't know how to load a vid but to hopefully explain better....it's a ball down the middle. She has a little lean/tilt in her stance but her first motion when she starts the swing is leaning toward/over (more than in her stance) the plate and her head drops a good 5-8 inches.
