    Rec Ball Team names

    I usually let the girls choose one but no MLB teams, we live in the Midwest and I could stand coaching a Cubs team. Go STL!!! Last couple years they landed on Lighting Bolts.

    Power starts with the lower body. If she is all arms and doesn't use her hips she is missing out on a lot of power.

    Metal Spikes

    DD is able to wear metal spikes this year, ASA 14U. Growing up I heard and saw horror stories of broken ankles when kids switch to metal. What are everyone's thoughts? Thanks

    Slow Runner

    My DD is 12 and she is a really slow runner. For lack of a better description she runs like a duck, feet pointed out. We are trying to get her to point her feet in the direction she is running but any help would be great. Thanks

    8 Under machine pitch???

    In our rec league we have coach pitch. It drives me crazy when the coaches sit there and pitch rainbows. I make sure my coaches pitch a little faster and flat. Its amazing how much better the girls can hit when the pitches are flat.
