catchers mitt suggestions

Look back rule again
I believe the look back rule applies to this situation, but would like clarification Batter is walked, catcher catches the ball and returns to the pitcher (no loss of control). Catchers helmets
My daughter had a foul tip that she could not react to. Infield fly question
My understanding is once an ump has called infield fly, the base runners can still run, which usually does not happen. Do they need to tag up before running? Or is this treated like an uncaught ball? bat weight?
My DD needs a new bat and I would like some advise before purchase. DD is 5'4" and about 160, she currently uses an Easton Synergy Clarity 33" 23oz. It has been suggested she use a heavier bat -9 or -8. I have done some reading online but so many reviews (with I suspect vendor reviews added in)...- Fastpitch Mom
