    the rise up two seams vs four seams

    i have small hands i dont feel comfortable throwing the rise with four seams, my middle finger on a seam and the pointer finger tucked on the other seam..my finger are very open !.. so with the two seams my pointer finger tucked no pushing on a seam but i feel fine ..more velocity .. anybody...

    hola amigos...where can i find something to read about ..when to throw inside? ..when to throw outside? ..the rise with 0-2? , the drop, etc etc.. something like every pitch for every situation.. is that hard to find?? thanks

    bat size

    hi amigos ...in a mens fastpitch league what is the popular bat size? here in mexico is easier to see a 34 in 28 oz. i know these bats are for slow pitch.. is better to hit with a 25 ,26 oz. ?????. gracias!!
