Rehab Training
Need some suggestion to help my DD rehab her right foot. She stretched or slight tear of her Liz Franc tendon in her foot. I think it was a sprain and not tear but either way need to rehab it and strengthen it. Thanks for all help Coach Roy- Rainman

ok have a question, Why do we need to have the pitchers adjust to blue small zone? Especially if gives advantage to the hitters. You would think that if the pitcher keeps hitting the corners and the knees that blue would call it a strike. I agree pitcher need to adjust how much of the corner...- Rainman

Help to teach to avoid interfernce rule
I am having a hard time explaining and correcting the interference rule, on runners between bases. I feel that the interference rule is to open and subjective. Any help is appreciated ! What would be the best way to close/change the rule?- Rainman
