We have driven 3 hours each way for the past 2 years to see my 15 year old’s pitching coach but only go once every 4 to 6 weeks. I have been working on educating myself through the forum so any suggestions or references is appreciated. In past lessons, there was emphasis on driving, staying open, and closing also with discussion of grip and spin, and she was encouraged to whip the arm but no discussion of brush or IR...- TNSBparent

She has been taught to open up and close her hips at the end. She had been working on staying more closed (if I am saying this correctly), but this is very recent video so we will work on getting the hips more underneath. Thanks so much for your feedback.- TNSBparent
