    Batting Adjustments for growth spurts ?

    DD (12u) has been working hard all offseason and swing is looking mechanically good however she recently has grown and now what once were line drives are now one hoppers. Any tips for helping with this sudden adjustment?

    Sounds a lot like a slug technique. We are learning to use it as Early as 10 and use it all they way up. I believe that Florida has won two championships with this in their Arsenal.
