Wow, some teams got dissed in this WCWS
That's true. They can certainly hit. The Huskies' pitching is suspect to be sure but they put up 41 runs in the series, 18 in one game (on 7 hits :(). The Huskies beat up on Parks and Floyd but could only put up 24 and win one. Anyway, if it makes you feel better, I had MN in my bracket as well...- sbfan66

great movement
Zoe Conley from CSUN is listed at 5'2" but we walked by her after they came to WA and she's noticeably shorter than my wife who is 5'3". She got beat up a little bit in the UCLA regional by UCLA but she was the CSUN pitcher of the year and CSUN flirted with the top 25 most of the year...- sbfan66

May Madness
Both of those things bother me. An example is ASU RPI 20 goes to 5th seed LSU (and darn near beats them by the way), Kentucky RPI 26 (?) goes to 15th seed Notre Dame. There are many more examples including my beloved Huskies who got hammered by Bama. They had a 27 RPI with 40 wins, ranked top 20...- sbfan66

IR vs Bullet
I've seen Hawkins' rise ball in slo-mo and it's definitely spinning backwards. Carda's I'm not sure since I haven't seen good slo-mo clips but it does seem to move a lot (and she throws it around 70, so there is that :)).- sbfan66
