    Legal NFHS Ball

    Does a game ball have to state 47 Cor and 375 compression?..... should the umpire check it if asked? Having a problem with teams playing with a Rhino ball by champion and they are terrible. Ball is extremely dead off the bat. Compression isn't listed but it does have NFHS on it. Is it legal...

    Suggestions on mechanics for 10u pitcher
