Incorrect pitching form
My daughter is 15 and has been pitching for 6-7 years and just recently began to arch her back in the K position (see attachment) which makes her have to come around her body on the release. When to teach drop ball
At what age is is "safe" to begin teaching my daughter to throw a drop ball? She is 15, freshman in high school. I think now is the time, her coaches think it is too early.- Troy Risser
