First, increase your rating range to at least 5. I use a 1-10 system (league gave me a 1-5 sheet that they use). Second, be honest. If the kid is a stud, indicate that with your answers. The ASA has nothing to do with the Little League rule book. What the book does say is that a player MUST have played in 60% of the season's regular season schedule.
