Sensitive subject
Although I don't have pelvic protectors I do wear a chest protector with a flap down there like a baseball style one. I don't care if your a girl it still hurts getting hit down there!- stixnumba6

Who Should Call Pitches?
If the pitcher's dad or coach calls from behind the backstop the catcher will never know what pitch is coming. I'm a catcher myself for a 14U A traveling team and my coach still calls my pitches. Throwing to 2nd
I am a catcher and sometimes throw from my knees. I only throw from my knees if I have to drop and block. i perfer to throw standing up but it depends on the catcher.- stixnumba6
