I assume you gave RF an error? There fore it would of been 3 outs and no ER's and no RBI's in my opinion- sportinus

High School Ball
My DD plays freshman ball. She is doing well, but I overheard her talking to a non-hs player saying that it is really hard to hit in HS because at the freshman level some of the pitchers miss big. So pitch 1 behind you, pitch 2 short, pitch 3 strike, pitch 4 over your head pitch 5...- sportinus

How do you handle this?
Rec ball around here the pitchers are happy just to get it over;) If she has that many pitches masted she is playing at the wrong level. I am not saying this is your case, I see alot of good players playing in league/teams where they are by far the best player there. IMHO these kids need to...- sportinus

Welcome to freshman softball ;) In their defense it was insanely windy and not all in the same direction. It was an exciting game. Don't let my DD hear me but I like when they hit and score. Well only when she is not pitching ;)- sportinus

DD plays HS freshman ball, plays pitcher and 3rd. This weekend they had a dh and on Sunday she had her big violin recital. Guess what happens.... Other team has a flame thrower for a pitcher, DD decides she is not giving the girl the inside. Here is the pitch and a swing... Ouch looks...- sportinus
