One glaring thing I see is that she is not bringing her back foot up. She leaves it back. She needs to push it all the way up and finish.- sftbll4ever

Playing softball with a broken toe
My dd broke her toe many years ago (next to big toe). It was on her plant foot. She was out for 2 weeks. When we went back and did more xray, the foot doctor said that she should take one more week off before pitching again. Her toe never healed. Pitching Shoes
Ringors are the best way to go. Tanel's cleat wears down way to fast. Mizuno's pitching toe does nothing. My dd had those and after just one game, tore a hole in the toe. Helmet on or helmet off...
