DD broke her 2019 PXT. Kinda planned for it to happen with all the breakage history of this bat. It’s still under warranty as I bought it less than 8 months ago.
Does anyone know if LS will replace with only LS option it will they replace with DeMarini due to same parent company?
DD is using an RXT. She fell in love with it after ten minutes of demo. That said, It’s taken forever to break in. Best explanation I can give is: stiffer like a xeno, sweet spot like an LXT and very balanced.
definitely need to be a refined, stronger hitter to max the benefits of the bat...
My DD’s use Duduma Polarized glasses from amazon. They are $20.00 a pair, polarized, and have a Lifetime warranty. The last part blew me away when I found out. DD’s are 12& 14 and play hard. They fit well under helmets and face masks without issue.
You can try reaching out to Wilson Sporting Goods directly to ask them to set up a demo rep to reach out to you. We've used Bobby Czarnowski in the past. He brought in bats from LS and Demarini for baseball and fastpitch. He also brought in gloves to try. You can reach out to him at...
DD is giving the RXT a chance this spring. Has been working with it all winter and has found it to be balanced. I got a deal from a neighbor who works for Wilson, so the price was right. It is a two piece composite, so it is stiffer like the Xeno but has the balance of the LXT.
My wife tore her rotator cuff reaching up from the bucket for a high fastball from our daughter. Needless to say, she hasn't caught her in over two years.
Thank you both for your input. Her hands are very big for an almost 13 year old. I'll do some more trial and error with a lot of different gloves before going to custom glove ordering.
Hi All,
DD is almost 13, a lefty, and growing. Her old glove is a Rawlings middle of the road model and is wearing out from use.
I had her try on a Liberty Advanced and she said her fingers were very tight and she didn’t feel like she had the right amount of room for her hand.
any suggestions...
I'd take her to a place to demo some bats. Let her figure out what she likes best. We can all make suggestions. My DD is 5'7 and 150. She swung a 32/22 for the last two years and beat the snot out of the ball. She just adjusted her distance from the plate because she wasn't ready to handle...
I use a baseball knuckleball catcher’s mitt. I have a very large hand and needed the hand stall large enough. 3 years and a ton of bucket duty later and it’s doing just fine.
