As for the tee position I understand that I control a lot as her dad and coach but remember that there are flaws in her swing that cause her to want to set up that far behind the ball. I can't thank everyone enough. So much support. Ends if some of it bordered off topic it's good to see debate. We have been working on sequence and weight transfer. Drop Ball Age
No later than 11. It's a good one to learn makes change up and fastball more effective. It can keep hitters off balance. IMO movement is necessary in 12u.- Lsjames
