Position in the batters box
DD is a first year 12u player and has been playing since 8u. She plays on a high level travel team. We play 14 to 16 tournaments a year traveling anywhere from Georgia to Chicago. Position in the batters box
Need help settling a debate. This weekend my DD was instructed by her head coach to get all the way in the front of the batters box. Bownet look-a-like

Need help using a drill to teach extension and follow through
Sorry for not explaining the elbow position completely. Her elbow stays bent and her front arm never gets completely extended after contact. I would get a video, but thanks to my job I have been put on second shift temporarily so my seeing her during the week is limited.- Dean'o

Need help using a drill to teach extension and follow through
OK, so my DD has a bad habit of not getting good extension after hitting the ball. It looks to me like she is keeping her front elbow locked and this is causing what I call "looping" effect with her bat. Any suggestions would be appreciated.- Dean'o
