The only time she death grips the ball is when she pitches her change up. She throws the what we call handshake change where she locks her wrist and shoves the ball deep in her hand. Thanks for all the remedies we'll try them asap. Should she stop with the neosporin?- bighec

She's 13 and has been pitching for 3 yrs. it happened during our first rec. ball game of the year it was rainig and all of sudden the skin came right off.- bighec

My niece is a pitcher and developed a blister on her index finger during a game last week. The skin came completely off and still hasn't healed. solo hitter/swing away trainer
