Always speak to somebody...if you do the online thing, its gonna count. They have to input any diff or special info in the system on returns.

The online is for quick returns so you have it done in minutes. Calling is for when you would like special help with returns. Just tell them
you used it for only game swings...yada yada...you will be fine. Easton really doesn't care about giving returns as long as you aren't asking for
the world and being a jerk. We all know the people that think they should always get a free bat no matter what and act like they are priviledged...haha

Like WW said, I probably wouldn't have returned that bat yet. That thing could have gone another month or so. Just because a crack is brewing, with
composite, it may not bust thru for a while. But if looking for special return, I guess doing it asap is better.

My dd used a Ghost with a lil’ itty bitty shark tooth crack like that for about a month in hs. It was hot but finally got way too noticeable and she ripped the plastic off the next one. It might be better than the last one.

Buddy’s dd just grabbed a Quattro Pro from Core, I’m looking forward to seeing that bat hit. She was swinging a Stealth Flex and doing some damage. She still misses her old Freak Black so I bet the QPro fits her really well.

Swing wise...I think the QPro feels very close to the FB

Very cool. I asked her about it when she dropped off dd here at the house last night. She thought it may be waiting for her at home and she was pretty giddy about it. It is so cool to see a 16 year old kid that excited about something. That Freak has been gone for a year or more but she still talks about it.

I have had VERY good luck with Easton customer service when I call them. Just assume you are going to be on hold for about 45 minutes, put your phone on speaker until someone picks up, do something else while you wait and ride it out. They have done a couple things for me that I asked for but didn’t really expect them to do. On my return the gal was new and didn’t think that there was a -8 Ghost but I just told her, “yep got one right here”, and she found it and fixed me up. Core is right, if you are nice to customer service people, most will bend over backwards to help and Easton maybe even more so.

DD’s original Ghost goes out of warranty next month. I am saddened to think we probably won’t use up the two warranty replacements, lol!

I def agree that Easton customer service is VERY good. So you wait a little, oh well. End result is they take care of you and if you're not a pr!ck about
what you want, they will usually accommodate you.

If my DD so happened to break her 32/22.. do you think they would replace with a 32/21 if I was nice about it, :)?

I really think the long wait is a symptom of the absolutely HUGE growth on the softball side. They went from zero to hero overnight. It’s a good problem to have! I’d like to see how many more bats they have sold from then to now. Plus, their old bat line was made up of bats regarded as tanks. The few bats they sold probably didn’t get returned much so they were doing crossword puzzles most of the day like the Maytag repair man.

I bet they are hiring to shore that up, I’m sure the cs rep I talked to was new.

So I having a very weird experience with the Ghost. When hitting into a bownet, off the tee or soft toss, it seems like the ball explodes/rockets off the bat. While at the field my DD doesn't seem to hitting the ball so far as her previous bats. I know, this makes no sense. The ball seems to be coming off the bat faster.. but not traveling so far. Call me crazy, I know, it makes no sense.
