They tend to become an orangish color up close but still look white from a distance. I clean DD's about once a quarter. FYI, White shoes are fast shoes. We call her Billie "whiteshoes" Johnson. No her name is not Billie and we are not the Johnsons....
DD has white cleats. The first thing she did when she got them was rub them in the red dirt field so that they "wouldn't be so white". So keeping them clean may not be an issue...
I just received an email from Ringor regarding their annual clearance sale, so you may be able to get a good deal if your DD can wear a size 5.5, 6, 12, or 12.5!
White shoes always have a faster appearance. The use of a darker color at the feet brings more attention to the feet and it appears the runner is slower. Two thoughts on the matter: 1. Scare them with the white shoes as they feel your fast out of the shoot. 2. Surprise them with the dark color as they don't think you look that fast.
JAD....I'm buying her a pair from that sell.. They don't have her size with the protect toe. She wears a 7.5...debating if I should go with that size or an 8
