Incentive stickers for helmets

For our team the stickers are awarded each tournament for the following (one sticker for each milestone hit):

Making it to Champ game
more than 3 wins
average more than 5 runs/game
give up less than 5 runs/game
less than 4 S/O per game
less than 3 errors
No 3rd strike looking
sacrifice bunts

Also the coaches vote and the players vote each tournament for the teammate of the weekend

We did this one year and I regretted it.

If I had to do it over I would do it for team goals and not individuals. Certain players will be eligible for more stickers as they get more playing time, more at bats, more opportunities. When you try to make it even it gets to complicated.

I only give stickers out for catchers gunning runners down. I think its kind of silly for anything else.

For 8u coach pitch rec ball I did stickers for homeruns, catching the ball for an out, and hustle. Hustle had to be pretty significant attempt at a play not just hustling out of the dugout. For 10u girl pitch rec ball I am going to switch it up some to include pitcher/catcher.
