When to move to a 34" bat?

I have to agree with the bat speed quote. My daughter is 6' tall and around 140 pounds and could not swing a 34" bat well, so in her case size has nothing to do with it. I've seen smaller girls on her team swing a bat that size like it's nothing, and I've seen 1 or 2 swing it like a slow motion replay.
