What are people's opinions on kettlebells?

I wanted to add one more comment about kettle bells. A softball player, especially a pitcher, can really get built up much stronger on their throwing side than their non-throwing side. This imbalance can contribute to injuries. Kettle bell exercises such as the Turkish Getup can diminish this imbalance. Another strong plus for KBs!

DD is doing the Crossfit training (which a lot of softball teams and players are adopting) and they use the kettle balls a lot and she loves them.
