Vinci Fortus deal and thoughts

Second, can some of you who have bought the Fortus for their girls comment on it?

I bought one for my 10 yo DD for Christmas and she loves it. It was very easy to break in and it looks like a quality product.

So, I ordered the Fortus and it arrived today. Nice glove, I think it will work nicely for 10U. Perhaps most importantly for my daughter, the royal blue is a perfect match for the rest of her gear and uniforms.

That being said, I'm wondering how it will fare this spring when she plays up and has to catch a 12" ball. Vinci markets it as perfect for ages 9-13, but it seems a bit on the small side for the larger ball. Maybe once it's broken in it won't be an issue. Anybody here have a DD using a Fortus with a 12" ball?
