My DD had a peal for a long time. Last year tried the rollover and was getting good results but hurt her elbow due to overuse. Abandoned the roll over and reworked the peel. She sticks with the peel because it looks just like every other pitch. Batter must be able to pick up spin to tell what the ball will do. In HS we have not found that batter yet!
