reverse rocker ~80 '

You can adjust distances or # reps based on age & skill.

And/or add additional drills of your own for older kids.

Im doing away with one knee drill and wrist snaps.

Bless you! Now preach it from the hilltop. DD just started with a new team. Very first practice, coach says: "warm up your throws" and the girls instinctively got on there knees, mine included. Mind you, we have been using Wasserman drills for the last 3 months. Seriously!!!!

DD is 10U (9 yo) and does many of the Wasserman drills. Amazing, with a little encouragement and not babying, how much she can do.
