I think the video stands out as it's rare to see someone actually throw sidearm. When I see something like this I just think of how much better she could have been if taught properly.

FYI, the NCAA Rules have no "wrist-body" pitching requirement. The ball has to be released below the hip with an underhand motion and the follow-through of the hand and wrist be forward.And yes, IR is technically illegal.
