You might try putting a black line all the way around the ball and getting her to focus on keeping her hand behind the ball at the release. She will be able to follow the rotation of the ball by the line. It should spin 12/6 ideally. With her wrist you might have her slingshot, tucking her elbow at the hip on the whip through. This focuses the elbow and forearm and the wrist snaps at the end of a whip much like a towel. Osterman does this as well as anyone. Try to get her to relax her elbow on the whip downwards. If she has a tight arm she will not get any snapping action. One other little thing is to put a black dot in the middle of her palm and tell her to point that directly at you on the release making sure she feels the ball leaving her fingers.
