Swing Advise

Hey all,

Looking for some advice to help my DD on her swing. Hoping for some practical advice that we can utilize.
She struggles to hit the ball hard and to the left side of the ball park. I see the racing rear elbow but struggling to fix it. She put in the work but not seeing any results please help.
