slapper hit by pitch??

If a slapper gets hit by a pitch outside the box(front of box), say a changeup that would have hit her if she was still in the box, is the batter out, or is it a dead ball, or do they get a HBP and go to first?

I would say it's a dead ball, ball to the batter. I know I got half right.

Except for NCAA, it is a dead ball, hit by pitch. Then, it is umpire judgement as to if the batter prevented the ball from entering the strike zone. If so, it is a dead ball strike, if not then the batter is awarded 1st base. For whatever reason, in NCAA it is a no pitch.
