IMO, some people should always wear a helmet!

Sorry to wait so long to reply to this post (about DD almost really doing some damage to her clumsy father while practicing pitching)

After she hit me in the mouth while warming up, I had to wear her plastic pitcher's mask while catching her.

She later told me she hated the mask, and wanted a nice, metal Rip It. Wearing her plastic mask myself made the sale.

I do not feel comfortable with the plastic ones, no facts to back me up but I want some solid metal between DD and the ball.

We get slower, they get faster. Doesn't seem fair somehow.

(It is like the commercial were the guy gets to pick his cage before they release the bear.)
