Really?! It sure looks like she replants as her weight settles back on drag foot...if not somebody needs to tell the umps at the state tourney...lol

Hawk, not much more to add as you have some of the best make comments on your DD. But I do want to give you a Huge Standing Ovation for 1. recognizing the issue 2. admitting the issue 3. trying to fix the issue 4. posting a video of it to get help. I would give anything that some parents I know well would admit their DD does this but they either won't or most likely they don't know that they have an issue.
Yes, without any question whatsoever she has a replant. She definitely gets a second push and will say she disguises it well since she keeps her drive foot in the dirt. I have seen several girls over the years look very similar but you can see air under both feet. Your DD drags and hides the replant well although it certainly sounds like it is not intentional but just they way she learned. As far as the fix, again you have some of the best that made great comments so I would tell you to follow their lead.
I just wish that umps would not "wait" until it mattered most to call this stuff. They should be calling it when the girls are young so they can fix it then and reach full potential the legal way. The system has failed in this regard IMO and your DD is paying the price when it is almost too late. Thankfully she has a parent like you who is going to do your best to help.
Best of luck and again....my hat is off to you! Truly great to see a parent care enough to make the post and ask for help. I hope she has an amazing season!!!
