One thing I have to tell you guys about Rich. He's a big tall GENTLEMAN. And his hands are the size of Rhode Island.

He holds a softball like a normal person can hold a baseball. I'm glad to call him my friend.....

I finally had a lazy Sunday so the clips are rolling....Rich was kind enough to give his blessing to sharing the info with ya'll.

This is a little clip regarding hip angle/stride length on the drop/rise. The tidbit I liked was about letting the back knee buckle a little to allow the hip to adjust naturally.
