Thought she did real good with it... for first time. I kinda rushed her, because I let some donkey due...bullrush me into making it fast... lighting was terrible... not good video, but was still better than typing 10 pages of explanation, that they'll never get... not even after they watch the video either...1 payment on for what I've learned here.

Example for those who are following along:

I got to get a handle on the sock.... She walked right to tee after pitching with it ...first 3 swings total misses... Then started htting every time. She liked it :{))

We know of Hayden... lives next town over...seen her play. Seen the girl who pitches for Washington knock them out of State...but they came back the next year and won State...2014 I think :{)) Is that HC ??

She needed just a little "Brush" :{)) Here is one of H.E. TB coach's giving me an evaluation of DD when DD was 8yr. old

Good example RDB. There is a right way and a wrong way with this tool and the wrong way is really wrong. Once they get to the stage of the hitter in this clip, there really is no further need or real benefit to working with the whip it IMO.

Using the psuedo whip it/sock this way is detrimental. Compare and contrast to RDB's clip!

I like this clip because it shows the effect of "pulling the bow back" that I teach.

Correction, the Sock-it is the prototype and STK is the protege, which is fortunate!

Thx & for the Correction too :{))

RD's Clip offering was Awesome... I really gotta get a handle. I'm going to cut a bat off on both ends... run the sock thru... have her hold it around the knob.

Taking your advice, because you've said it twice... "don't use it long." Just to get the feel in the hands like your DD did. So I got disposable & re-usable design. Not really going to have DD pitch with it too long either. Now the 2yr.old GDD...we'll be messing with it for a while..... I'm going to put a Jugs Foam ball in it for her... and swing it in the house.. :{))
