Hot Bat??

Friend of mine is looking to pick up a new bat, 32" -10 for his dd. He has a cf9 coming on warranty, looking for what else is hot right now. Thanks in advance.

Just about any of the top of the line bats from the top manufacturers all perform approximately the same. Depending upon the age, swing speed, mechanics and experience of the player, it all comes down to the feel of the bat during the swing and point of contact i.e. hitting the ball. For Instance, DD absolutely loathes Easton bats because of the vibrations produced when hitting the ball. OTOH, she absolutely loves her Rocketech.

The days of HOT bats are pretty much over. All of the big manufacturers bats are about as hot as they are going to get right out of the wrapper.

Like I tell the parents when they ask me which bat is the best, "Go with the one your DD thinks looks the best!"
