I'm a new coach for 8U in a rec league but i am not shy... I would have opened my mouth at that meeting. I've never heard of people being so awful. I thought that was reality TV crap!

My DD got a new high school coach one year, and his first day speech was, "I've never even seen a softball game in my life".
