Fun with nerf ball when it's raining

Here's my DD working on her I/R with a Nerf ball. She's been working hard to improve her motion and hand positioning by doing allot of the football drills. She's just turned 8 but is continually improving her speed and control. She's been starting to make me flinch since I'm so close so I brought out the gun to check her speed. She's added 10 MPH in the last year. This is the night that she could throw at daddy and I got to take it for the cause. The pitch before got me square in the... and this one I took in the stomach. What could be more fun.

Hey...there is no "fun" in softball.

My DD does quite a bit of hallway pitching when it is pouring buckets in Central Florida. It quickly corrected her mechanics when she started "swimming".
