Sending an updated picture. Dd has been working hard at home and I do see some improvement. I think her back leg still needs to be more under her hip.

I don't mean to hijack this thread but I have a question for the experts. I can literally see my dds upper body shift a little forward as her core tightens at release. Is this normal?

I don't mean to hijack this thread but I have a question for the experts. I can literally see my dds upper body shift a little forward as her core tightens at release. Is this normal?

This is normal IF it's a result of her flexing her abs, and NOT just hinging at the waist.

What adjustment, cue, do you think made a difference in her FSR?

Stand tall, squeeze knees into release are some I have been telling her.

I also had her throwing from a short distance into a net and only focusing on posture. It made a big difference and hopefully with lots of practice, she can break that bad muscle memory.
