Just got home from the first indoor practice with my DD's new team . In order to get the coaches who are most knowledgeable working with the girls they practice as an entire organization . All I can say is WOW !! What a great practice . Lots of individualized attention for the girls and the instruction I saw going on was was very good . With the help of the 18U's the 12U's got to "Buddy Up" with older girls who play their position and would work with them and the coach . Coming from a Little League background where its 2 guys trying to impart a bunch of knowledge in an hour and a half to 12 girls it was awesome to see how a well organized and staffed practice can help the girls improve drastically in just a few hours .
