I've always bought them and had no problem getting a bat return when they break. Seems like the warranty has changed. I'm sending one back but they say they give you a voucher instead of a bat. Has anyone had this? Thanks Chris.

It's actually better. You get a voucher for the full price of your bat and then you can order whatever you want from the website. My daughter broke her drop 11 and with the durability issues we were able to get the cfx drop 10 instead.

Yep works better. DD broke her cf9. Got the new CFX which seems better/hotter.

I agree about the voucher too! According to CS, you have a year to use the voucher.
