Right now 12 YO DD would not swing at a beach ball, she is ducking on every pitch.
Umpire even commented to our coaches that it might seem I am not calling the high pitches correctly but your batters are ducking, I think the comment was aimed at my DD.
I was trying to be funny but it is an Issue that DD and I have discussed.
At practice she looks great but for some reason she is looking for a walk during the game. I am not sure what changed. She can hit.
Edit: She has been 3rd in the batting order the last 2 games, everyone knows she can hit. I am not sure what she is doing.
