Looking to add a non-composite bat into the arsenal for the early morning/late evening games when the temperature is too cold to hit the composites.

Any recommendations?

Also, adding a SECOND question here....What length bat would you recommend for a 14U, 5'7", 125lb ish player? All the bat guides I have followed for years puts her in a 33" which has been our last couple of bats and just want to be sure that is what others would do as well.

Thanks,
S3

Rocketech aluminum bats are a good choice, but to be honest we usually just use our BP bat, which is last years composite. It if breaks, so be it....

Another good alternative to the Rocketech is the Nanotech. It's a more balanced -10 if the end loaded -9 RT is too much to handle...

This is what I'm planning to do. Her CF4 is the same size as her CF8, still a good bat, and was $60 when we got it used a year and a half ago. Feels way less tragic to risk that one breaking than her new one.
