A couple of winter college clinics and some dome thing at Lake George. I'd be looking forward to spring but the HS has no pitcher after our D1 graduated. DD has no desire to catch the JV pitcher and is hoping to take the SS spot left vacant by another grad. At least BB is on the up swing this year.

It was a good day. Defense was sharp. Pitching good and hitting spotty. No mental mistakes is the most pleasing thing.

I am envious. We did have our first practice of 2015 last night in a local middle school gym. Two hours once a week isn't really a lot, but it's what we can afford and it's sure better than not working on softball at all!

I really envy the warm weather teams who can practice all year 'round without worrying about blowing snow and temps in the teens.
