Not sure what the OP was, but after reading the comments in this thread, would like to add that you should document everything. Without specifics the person/persons you take your issues to may see you as just complaining. Also if you have issues with this HC, someone else probably does to, put some feelers out, take some back up with you. Hope this helps/applies, and I'm not just standing out in right field chasing butterflies.
