Partially guilty my self. Now that rec season is over I can't wait for fall ball to get my butt off the couch. Although watching some HBO haven't been to bad

Last night, I had the bright idea to be the base-runner during an extended session of game-situation defensive work. It lasted about an hour, and I knew I would pay for it today. I was right. Tomorrow will be worse.

I stretch, run lap and if odd number of players I throw the ball with who ever. I am a catcher for the pitchers when we need the catcher doing other drills. Heck lots of times I run the bases to show girls how aggressive runners can be. Now that being said does not make me some wonder buff coach....I suffer through it with a smile.
