I am not sure how this would affect my 55% guess but ..

10U and 12U seemed a lot different here. At 10U the batters seemed to be happy to walk and did not swing unless it was a strike, 12U it seemed like if you got the ball close to a strike they would swing.

That is totally what the difference is between Rec ball and Travel ball teams.
